Project Management

My Project will be managed by Trello which is a task organization website that is great for project management as I have used this in past projects. With Trello, it is also possible to add timed deadlines to each card which will help me keep track of when my deadlines are, as well as set my own deadlines so I can easily manage my workload.

Communication

As my music is being created by an external music student, we have been using Microsoft Teams to communicate with each other, not only this, but we have also set up a weekly meeting on Sundays to discuss with each other our progress with each aspect of the game. We have also shared a one-drive folder that we can both access and view at any time and I have shared my Trello page so they can view my progress with my project.
